The town of Lunenburg seeks qualified applicants for the Land Use Director position.
Bachelor’s degree in community or regional planning, with a specialization in land use, environmental planning or economic development; 10+ years full-time experience in municipal planning; or any other equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working knowledge of federal and state community development programs, laws and regulations, including Affordable Housing Chapter 40B, Historic Preservation Chapter 40C, Chapter 121C, State Zoning Act, Subdivision Control Law, Wetlands Protection Act, and knowledge of planning and development issues is required.
Pay Range: $42.28/hr-$52.01/hr
