Administers and enforces building codes, architectural access regs, zoning and sign bylaws, and decisions of local Boards and Commissions. Requires excellent interpersonal and effective written and verbal skills. Must have equivalent to five years experience in building construction/design or associate’s in related field, as determined by the BBRS. BOCC certification or conditional appt required. Full salary range: $61,367-$92,571, plus paid leave, health insurance and pension benefits.
