Management Analyst & Communications Specialist

Located within the Town Administrator’s office this position is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing programs and initiatives to town optimize operations, writing and administering grants, supporting ad hoc boards and commissions as assigned, and acting as Public Engagement Officer in this community of 19,000 persons committed to maximizing the use of all legacy and evolving social media platforms in the pursuit of transparency and public engagement in government.

The ideal candidate shall possess a bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business or public administration or a related field plus three years of related work experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Preference is given to those with prior municipal experience and knowledge of evolving social media platforms
