The city of Worcester is seeking qualified applicants for a Manager of IT Administration in the Innovation and Technology Department. The Manager of IT Administration will assist the Deputy Chief Information Officer (DCIO) in overseeing and managing the daily administrative, financial, and operational functions of the city’s Department of Innovation and Technology. This role is responsible for supporting departmental leadership in coordinating internal operations, ensuring compliance with city policies and procedures, and promoting efficient service delivery across all areas of responsibility. The Department provides a wide range of centralized technology services to a 1,700+ user community. The Manager of IT Administration plays a key role in maintaining operational continuity, improving administrative processes, and supporting the overall mission and strategic objectives of the city’s technology environment.
SALARY RANGE: $80,709 – $105,964 annually, full-time, exempt, with an excellent benefits package.
