Manager of Transportation

Job Description

Essex North Shore is seeking a new Manager of Transportation to start on or around May 1, 2026. The Manager of Transportation oversees the District’s transportation department and provides supervision and training to school bus drivers.

The District employs around 35 bus drivers.

Qualifications:

1. Must have at least three years of management experience;
2. Possess a CDL License with School Bus Driver and Passenger Endorsement; and
3. Possess a School Bus Instructor License.

Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000 per year
