The Town of Bourne Department of Natural Resources seeks a qualified candidate for the above full time position. Candidates are responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing the daily operation of the marinas, as well as providing maintenance and repairs. Work includes preparing for the season, hiring and training staff, overseeing daily operations, collecting and depositing fees, performing administrative duties, maintaining and repairing marinas, and closing down operations at the end of the season. Bachelor’s Degree in Science or appropriate field, and at least three (3) years of marina experience with two (2) years at a management level, and extensive boating experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and knowledge of local waters preferred.
