The town of Andover Community Services Department is looking for exceptional applicants to join its team as the Marketing Coordinator. The Division of Recreation generates over a million dollars in revenue and runs more than 500 programs annually, servicing 17-20,000 community members. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for marketing and publicity of both Recreation Division programs and services, as well as department programs and services that are consistent with the mission of the town. The position will also assist in maintaining and scheduling the use of department operated facilities and employee and volunteer recruitment.

Duties require a bachelor’s degree in marketing, recreation, sport management or related field and professional experience in marketing or public relations. Applicants should be proficient in multiple computer software programs including Adobe Suite, and have basic knowledge of publication and enhancement of digital photography. Salary starting at $59k.
