Our members are the local governments of Massachusetts and their elected and appointed leadership.
The current Town Administrator is retiring in Mattapoisett, Massachusetts and the Community is seeking a replacement to be in place by October 1, 2019. Mattapoisett is a seaside community located on Buzzards Bay in Southeastern Massachusetts with a year-round population of 6,100 people and a seasonal increase of an additional 3,000 people. The Community has a Triple A Bond Rating with Standard and Poor’s and receives strong comments as to its financial management and practices. The community prides itself in having a strong financial team, that works very closely and cooperatively to approved financial objectives. The town has had only two administrators in the last 20 years.

The position requires a bachelor of science degree with a concentration preferably in one or more areas such as management, finance, accounting, or human resources.
