The City of Lowell is seeking qualified, experienced, and energetic candidates for the position of Neighborhood Planner within the Division of Development Services. This position reports to the Senior Planner and is responsible for coordinating, managing, and implementing neighborhood and sustainability plans and related initiative, consistent with the City’s Comprehensive Master Plan. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in urban planning, public administration, political science or related field. Three years of related experience and/or Master’s in Urban Planning preferred. The salary ranges from $54,676.44 (min) $58,812.52 (max) annually.
