Building Department Office Manager, Building Department

The town of Holliston is seeking applicants for the full-time position of Building Department Office Manager. This position provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to assist the Building Department and coordinates the part time employees.

This position requires superior organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent technology skills.
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma and one to three years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience with cash reconciliation, customer service and data entry is required. Previous experience with on-line permitting system is highly desirable.

Pursuant to the town’s Consolidated Personnel Bylaws, this position is classified as Grade A1, and salary range is $47,102 to $51,000 per year. This is a full-time, benefit eligible position at 35 hours per week.
