OFFICE MANAGER – USW GR. 4

BUILDING DEPARTMENT

Full-time 37 hours per week

Pay: $854.45 to $1,082.40 weekly

Administrative, financial and office work overseeing the administrative functions and business transactions of the Building Department; performs other related work, as required.

Coordinates the work of office staff; oversees daily operations the department; maintains department budget and oversee expenditures; responsible for preparation of the department payroll. Responds to inquiries and requests for information; refers appropriate cases to inspectors; provides assistance to other departments on routine. Enters building, electrical, plumbing/gas and mechanical permits in to Viewpoint Cloud Online permitting system and Munis. Performs similar or related work as directed, required, or as situation dictates.

Associate’s degree; business or accounting training; three years of office and administrative experience; municipal experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
