The Operations and Planning Analyst position supports the Director of Operations and Planning for the WRTA. This position is primarily responsible for assisting with transit service activities and collecting, maintaining, interpreting, and reporting various transit planning data for State and Federal reporting guidelines, and for agency service planning. Work includes assisting with public-facing activities including customer satisfaction surveys, on-vehicle passenger counts, fixed-route and paratransit rider forums, field verification efforts, and others, as necessary.
