The town of Swampscott is seeking a qualified part-time administrative assistant for the Assessing Department. This job supports operations of the assessing department; provides excellent customer service, supplies requested information, and elevates requests as appropriate.  Works with multiple databases. Prepares and manages departmental mailings; communicates with other town departments including the building inspection department, treasurer/collector, etc.

High school graduate including or supplemented by business training, minimum two years college or two years’ work experience in an office setting, including experience with public contact and office software and the ability to master specialized assessing software.
