City of Westfield seeks qualified applicants for position of Personnel Director. Highly skilled in developing and managing the personnel functions of the city administration in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, the city charter, and city policies and procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, public administration, business administration, business management or related field, and at least five years of progressively responsible experience in human resource management in mid-sized organization. Experience in a unionized environment strongly preferred. Experience in administration of a municipal or not-for-profit workplace preferred.
