The town of Natick is seeking a Planner Conservation Agent. This position is responsible for the coordination of permitting, compliance and enforcement of state and local wetland protection and storm water laws and regulations as well as other general duties related to advancement of the goals and objectives of the town, particularly as they relate to open space, water quality, and bike and pedestrian trails. The position serves as the main point of contact with residents and customers for all Conservation related activities and questions.
The Planner Conservation Agent is an integral member of the Community and Economic Development team in carrying out a comprehensive program of planning and development for the town. The agent will participate in or individually undertakes the collection, assembly, and analysis of data and information to be used in planning studies, grant applications, policy documents, public correspondence & presentations, and other related processes

The starting salary will range from $70,000 to $75,000, depending on qualifications and experience. This is a full-time exempt position.
