The Windsor Police Department has 52 sworn police officers, including the Chief of Police, Captain, two lieutenants, seven sergeants, and five detectives. It also has eight civilian dispatchers, four full-time civilian support positions and a full-time Animal Control Officer. Its current fiscal year 2018-2019 budget is $10,137,140.
