Police – Lateral Transfer

The Waltham Police Department is currently accepting applications for full-time, lateral transfer positions. Applicants must have:

1. Civil Service status under Chapter 31;
2. Completed a full-time MPTC police academy; and
3. Eligibility for transfer.

All candidates seeking transfer to the Waltham Police Department will be required to successfully complete a comprehensive background investigation, oral interview, along with medical and psychological examinations.

Applications will be accepted through July 1.
