The town of Hopkinton seeks an Academy Preferred Police Officer  (Recent academy graduates, current academy cadets, and non academy candidates, are encouraged to apply)

The town of Hopkinton is seeking a highly motivated, self disciplined individual with a strong interest in community oriented policing. This position is ideal for candidates who have completed a police academy or are currently enrolled and preparing to begin their law enforcement career.

Base Starting Salary: $28.93 – $40.72 hourly

Lateral officers will receive consideration for prior service and experience, which could influence starting salary placement.

Includes generous health and wellness benefits, pension, paid parental leave, and other deferred compensation options, as well as other benefits in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
