Full-time Principal Assessor

The town of Hudson Finance Department is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Principal Assessor.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing the administration of the Assessor’s office and the town’s property assessment systems in support of the Board of Assessor’s. Responsibilities include overseeing the assessment of taxable property, managing the department’s information systems, databases, and working with town officials to determine the town’s tax rate.

Applicants must be proficient with different computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications, with a preference for Munis, and OpenGov experience. Communications skills are essential, including an ability to relate in a polite and professional manner with the public, other employees, and officials of other governmental units.

The annual salary range $79,089 – $104,075 DOQ.
