Principal Assessor

The town of Rockportis hiring for several positions, including: PRINCIPAL ASSESSOR, Full time, Exempt/Dept. Head/Non Union. Pay Rate $90,000. – $104,000 DOQ/E

Associate degree (bachelor’s preferred) with courses in business, finance or a related field; coursework in property assessment, real estate and personal property appraisal preferred; applicants must have three – five years of real and personal property appraisal experience or related work experience or any equivalent combination of education, training and work experience.
