We are accepting applications for a full-time (37.5 hr) Principal Department Assistant – Accounting Department. Salary and a generous benefits package is in accordance with current CBA.  

Education: HS graduate or equivalent, three years of office administrator experience, preferably in the municipal finance field, or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience in a Town Accounting Department preferred.

Requirements: Excellent typing, secretarial and computer skills. Proficient in Excel, Word and Office. Must have knowledge of municipal accounting and relevant Massachusetts General Laws. Subject to CORI/SORI check, pre-employment physical and drug test.
