The town of Hopkinton seeks a full-time Procurement & Grants Manager to direct the day-to-day operations of the  procurement and grant operations, including achieving large scale savings and revenue opportunities for the town.

Hiring Salary: $63,731.20 – $76,481.60 Annually, depending upon qualifications. Competitive Leave & Benefits package. 40 hour workweek.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field and three to five years previous experience as a grant writer, grant manager, procurement officer, purchasing agent or related position is required. Operational management experience or experience in the primary service delivery of town government is preferred.
