Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, execute project planning, design and scoping, budgeting, procurement, and implementation of the town and school building infrastructure projects typically ranging from $10,000 up to $2 million. Assist with the procurement of maintenance and operations-related facility projects. Oversee assigned construction and renovation projects for town and school buildings from inception through closeout. A more detailed job description is available here.
