The city of Gloucester is accepting applications for the position of Program Manager for the Health department. This position manages multiple major projects. Maintains current knowledge of regulations governing project management duties, including local, state, and federal grants. Manages planning, development, and completion of projects from assessment through evaluation and completion phases. Assists in grant preparation and implementation of grant applications including creation of plans and reports such as Strategic Plans, Logic Models, and Annual Action Plans. Manages the monitoring processes for grant and loan funded projects. Coordinates the development, implementation and evaluation of prevention projects and strategies.
