The town of Needham seeks an energetic and proactive individual to fill the position of Program Support Assistant III. This position will provide administrative support to the Aging Services staff; design, layout, edit, produce, and mass mail the bi-monthly Aging Services newsletter; support and create, maintain, and update social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Youtube), and website; and maintain extensive knowledge of all softwares/applications.
Applicants must have a relevant bachelor’s degree, or equivalent related experience; strong research and data collection skills; strong organizational and multitasking abilities; excellent communication and teamwork skills; and the ability to meet tight deadlines under minimal supervision.
