The Office of Equity and Inclusion (OEI), which guides, promotes and advances the city’s diversity, equity, inclusion, access and opportunity efforts, seeks a dynamic individual to provide day-to-day, high-level administrative and professional support to its Director for a variety of office functions and projects. The ideal candidate will perform administrative duties requiring a high degree of confidentiality, exceptional customer service, interpersonal and prioritizing skills, sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities. The successful candidate will also be required to demonstrate a commitment to helping the city achieve its diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals. Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.  Minimum 2-3 years professional office experience providing complex administrative support.
