The town of Carlisle is seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to serve as Project Manager for the Police Station Renovation project. Candidate must be a Licensed Construction Supervisor and have experience with projects valued at $1M or more. Must be available 10-15 hours weekly. This would include daily time on site for project walk-throughs with the general contractor as well as attendance at weekly meetings with the project architects and representatives of the town of Carlisle. Estimated schedule: 18 weeks beginning in mid-September 2019. Salary: To be negotiated with town.
