Public Health Nurse

Job Description

Join the town of Upton as our next Public Health Nurse and help keep our community healthy. In this role, you’ll:

• Make home visits to assess residents’ needs
• Provide health clinics and immunizations
• Investigate communicable disease outbreaks
• Deliver wellness and health education programs

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required; master’s in public health or nursing preferred
• Three to five years of nursing experience (public health experience a plus)
• Licensed RN in Massachusetts with current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Up-to-date immunizations

Pay & Hours:

• 20 hours per week
• Full Salary range: $35.56 – $49.02/hour.
