The city of Lowell is seeking qualified, experienced, and energetic candidates for the position of Public Health School Nurse in the Health Department. This position reports to Nurse Coordinator and other designated personnel and is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a school health program for a school population as defined by the school district. Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse in MA required. Minimum of a BS in nursing from a college or university program accredited by the National League for Nursing is required; two years of experience in community health or child health prior to entry into school nursing practice. Salary range is $52,405.60 (min) to $58,939.92 (max) annually with BSN, DOE Qualified; $57,528.64 (min) to $64,711.40 (max) annually with MSN, DOE Qualified.
