The town of Sterling is seeking a qualified full-time Recreation Director. Responsibilities include the development, promotion, implementation and evaluation of recreational programs for all ages, planning and oversight of community events, and management of all recreation facilities including parks, playgrounds, athletic fields, tennis courts and the town beach.
