The town of Randolph is seeking applications from qualified, team-oriented individuals for the position of Recreation and RICC Programs Director. The position serves as the primary supervisor and point of contact for Recreation and Community Center for the town of Randolph. The successful candidate will oversee and ensure strong operation of the department including overseeing programming, services, special events, memberships, finances, facility management and development opportunities. Salary range $62,270-$82,467, based on experience.
Applicants shall possess a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline, such as recreation management, or related field. Additionally, five years of experience in a full-time recreation program with supervisory responsibilities, preferably in a municipal setting. Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
