Residential Appraiser

The city of Woburn seeks qualified candidates for the position of Residential Appraiser/Assessor Systems Manager in the Assessing Department. The position is a member of the Local 25 Teamsters

DUTIES:

The Residential Appraiser/Assessor Systems Manager works under the direction of the Board of Assessors and Chief Appraiser. The position will be directly involved in all processes to value all properties in the city of Woburn with emphasis on property classes.

SALARY: $87,104.64

HOURS: 32.5 Mon.-Wed. 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Thurs. 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Fri. 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
