Our members are the local governments of Massachusetts and their elected and appointed leadership.
The town of Becket (“Town”) is seeking the services of a qualified individual or firm to provide Town Treasurer’s service per Massachusetts laws and guidelines and the Scope of Services in this RFP. This solicitation is per MGL Ch30B §6 and is for one year with the town’s sole option to renew for years two and three. The work is expected to be full time with number of hours to be negotiated.
Submittal of proposals in response to this RFP will be accepted until 2 p.m. on Sept. 8 at the office of the Town Administrator, at Becket Town Hall, 557 Main St., Becket, MA 01223. Interested firms or individuals must submit TWO SEALED ENVELOPES marked, “Becket Treasurer TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” and “Becket Treasurer PRICE PROPOSAL”, addressed to the Town Administrator, in the form of one original and three hard copies. All responses received by the deadline will be evaluated in accordance with the terms of this RFP.
The town reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in responses received to the RFP, or to reject any or all responses, or to cancel the RFP.
