Under the general direction of the City Assessor & Principal Assistant Assessor, the Senior Assistant Assessor possesses an expertise in the more complex categories of property: apartments, mixed use, commercial, and industrial properties. Like other Assistant Assessors in the department, this position is also charged with appraisal and data collection field work. The Senior Assistant Assessor carries out research, develops appraisal schedules, and reappraises apartment, mixed use, commercial and industrial properties independently. This position requires advanced appraisal skills and exercises prudent appraisal judgement.
SALARY: $54,662.67 – $73,091.74 annually, full-time, excellent benefits package.
