SENIOR CENTER DIRECTOR
Town of Holliston
The town of Holliston is currently seeking a full-time Senior Center Director for its well established Senior Center. The Director works with the Council on Aging to identify and provide for needs of citizens age 55 or older; helps recruit and trains, supervises, and encourages staff and volunteers; is responsible for daily operation and function and good order of the Senior Center; prepares and submits required documents including reports, budgets, and grant requests; works with the town Facilities Manager for upkeep of the building; functions as liaison to the community and state and federal agencies. Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field, minimum of three years supervisory or managerial experience, and experience working with or familiarity with senior issues, and ability to foster a warm, friendly, flexible atmosphere.
