The senior director and deputy chief human resources officer provides expert advice and direction on matters of organizational design, employee relations, and other personnel matters for a diverse and dynamic campus community. The successful candidate will provide leadership and oversight to the Labor & Employee Relations, Workplace Learning and Development, and Partnership for Worker Education units, championing initiatives and efforts within these units and representing these areas campus wide. The University currently works with 11 collective bargaining units representing over 90% of University employees.
