The city of Salem’s MassHire-North Shore Workforce Board is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented full-time Senior Staff Accountant with strong analytical, reconciliation, and communication skills for general accounting functions including AR, AP, and payroll.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a finance-related discipline;
  • Minimum of three to five years of relevant accounting, AR, AP, payroll, and budgeting experience;
  • Knowledge of Munis is preferred but not required; Microsoft Excel proficiency is required.
