The town of Andover is seeking to hire a Solutions Analyst to support enterprise applications for Andover Public Schools. Under the direction of the Solutions Architect, this position defines, configures, develops, tests, enhances, and supports software applications to meet organizational requirements. Responsibilities include configuring third-party applications, analyzing system performance, supporting integrations, documenting system specifications, and providing training, troubleshooting, and operational support to end users. This role focuses on supporting the district’s enterprise education applications, with particular emphasis on the Student Information System, and will also assist with town municipal functions as needed.
