The Town of Concord is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Senior Administrative Specialist to support the Town Clerk’s Office. This is a dynamic, community-facing role that blends administrative work with meaningful public service, with a strong focus on supporting town boards and committees and assisting residents.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with detailed information, and brings a friendly, approachable style to public service. From coordinating meeting postings and records to managing licensing and assisting residents at the front counter, you’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly and ensuring a positive, efficient experience for the public.

Starting salary range: $29.52 to $35.28 per hour , depending on qualifications and experience. This is a full-time, on-site position with a complete benefits package.
