The Staff Planner is responsible for overseeing and advancing both long and short-term planning initiatives, helping to advance key strategies and goals outlined in the long-range planning documents, such as the town’s Master Plan, and working in a cross departmental fashion to manage and complete projects related to issues such as public infrastructure (Complete Streets), historic preservation, downtown revitalization, digital equity, and more. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Planning and/or two years of experience in permitting or local long-term and short-term planning initiatives.
Anticipated Hiring Range: $64,463 to $82,000 commensurate with experience. Benefits include health, dental, and life insurance, generous paid time off, FSAs, and more!
