Storm Water Technician I

Town of Groton Highway Department is accepting applications for a full-time, 40 hour/week, Storm Water Technician I. This position is responsible for a wide variety of duties such as collecting data to ensure that the town is in compliance with EPA permits, operating equipment, other duties include street sweeping, catch basin and cleaning, cleaning drain pipes, and entering data into a spreadsheet

This position requires the candidate to be self-directed and a team player. Must have a Class B CDL license with and Hydraulic License. High School Diploma, at least three years’ experience operating equipment, and computer experience. The annual salary is $55,000.
