Acton is seeking an experienced Town Accountant to direct a variety of complex accounting, auditing, and financial functions and maintain the fiscal records and internal controls for the town. The Town Accountant is responsible for comprehensive financial reporting, compliance with legal and contractual obligations, appropriation and expenditure controls, supervising the general ledger, and overseeing payroll processing and benefits recording functions.
Pay Rate: I-20; $110,040.18 – 143,577.47 annually depending on qualifications and experience.
