Town Accountant: Full-time position (38+/- hrs/wk over four days) to provide accounting services, perform administrative, supervisory and technical work in monitoring, directing and auditing the town’s financial and accounting system, and oversee the administration of payroll and benefits. The ideal candidate shall possess a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a directly related field; experience in public sector financial management preferred; strong working knowledge of state and municipal finance laws under GAAP and GASB standards; Vadar software experience and MMAAA certification preferred.
