Deering, New Hampshire (approx. pop. 2000) is seeking an individual with demonstrated organizational, administrative and management skills to serve as its next Town Administrator.  Founded in 1765, although a rural community, Deering is in south-central NH within just 25 miles of Concord and Manchester.  Reporting to a 3-member Board of Selectmen, the Town Administrator oversees 8 FT employees and an additional 25 part-time/volunteers to deliver a full array of services to the community.  The town budget, approved through a traditional town meeting format is approximately $2.4M inclusive of capital improvement funds.
