Carver, MA (11,500 pop.) seeks a proactive and experienced Town Administrator with exceptional financial acumen and strong communication skills. The next Town Administrator should be a team builder who is approachable and highly collaborative. Carver has a five-member Select Board, a FY 22 budget of approximately $44M and an AA bond rating.
Successful candidates will have a master’s degree in public or business administration and a minimum of three years in a senior management role in public administration or a bachelor’s degree in public or business administration and a minimum of five years in a public administration senior management role. Annual salary is $140,000 +/- DOQ. AA/EOE.
