The town of Troy, New Hampshire seeks a motivated professional to serve as its next Town Administrator.
Troy is a quaint, small town (approx. pop. 2100) nestled at the base of Mount Monadnock and is located close to Keene.
Troy seeks an administrator that will assist the community in developing its economic opportunities. With a traditional Town Meeting form of government and reporting to a three-member Board of Selectmen, the Town Administrator coordinates the administration of a small efficient workforce and an operating budget of $2.5 million (CY23). Experience in a municipal setting is preferred. The successful candidate should have significant understanding of local government, have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with town committees and departments.
Troy offers a generous benefit package, including NHRS membership. Compensation is based on experience.
