The town of Harvard (pop. 6,059) seeks qualified applicants for the position of Town Administrator. The Town Administrator serves as the town’s Chief Administrative Officer, in accordance with the town charter, serves as a resource to the Select Board in policy development, helps prepare and monitor the town’s $33 million budget, and administers 10 municipal departments with over 100 full and part-time employees. Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration or equivalent (master’s preferred) along with seven years of public sector administrative experience is required.
