The town of Millville, a town of 3,200 residents and a budget of $6.2 million, seeks candidates for the full-time position of Town Administrator. Located equidistant to Worcester, MA and Providence, RI, Millville is primarily a residential town with a need for commercial development. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in public administration, business, and/or accounting/finance. Master’s degree a plus. Five years relevant municipal or business experience with proven financial management background (departmental oversight, budgeting, procurement, etc.) is desired. Knowledge of MA General Laws appropriate to town administration and the ability to obtain municipal grants are key. Salary is commensurate with experience.
