The town of Farmington, New Hampshire (approx. pop. 7000), is seeking an experienced professional to serve as its next Town Administrator. Farmington is located just minutes from the NH Lakes Region, Maine and NH Seacoasts, and an hour from the White Mountains. Working under the direction of a five-member Board of Selectmen, and with a traditional Town Meeting format, the Town Administrator oversees an operating budget just under $10 million (FY25) and the full array of town services delivered by the 36 full-time and 30 part-time employees. College Degree, five years of relevant experience, preferably in municipal administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience desired.
Salary range to $135,000; starting salary commensurate with qualifications. Excellent benefits. This position is not in the NH Retirement System. Farmington is an equal opportunity employer.
