The town of Dudley, (population 11,390) located in Southern Worcester County, is seeking a Town Administrator upon the retirement of the incumbent administrator on June 1, 2019. Annual budget of $20.8M, five-member BOS and 75+ FTE. Bachelor’s degree in public/business administration, (master’s desirable) with three to five years’ experience in an administrative position in government, preferably as a Town Administrator or Assistant Town Administrator. Demonstrated proficiency with budgets and grants and experience negotiating collective bargaining agreements is desirable. Equivalent combinations of experience, education and municipal leadership will be considered. Extensive knowledge of MA local government operations, and excellent oral, written and organizational skills. Residence is not a requirement. Salary $110,000-$125,000 DOQ.
